PLACING AN ORDER
Customers will be emailed an order confirmation at the point of order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us, please email us at [email protected]
Orders are considered accepted and completed once dispatched. All orders placed may be cancelled or changed up to the point in time that the order has not been dispatched. Unique will not accept cancellations or changes once an order has been dispatched.
Unique reserves the right to refuse to accept your order if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, face shipping restrictions, items are out of stock or at our discretion.
We do not have to/will not accept your order if:
i) we do not have the goods in stock/the goods in stock appear to be damaged
ii) your payment is not authorised
iii) you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns instructions below
We will be in contact with you as soon as possible by email or by phone to discuss your options. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Every item is described as accurately as possible. If a pricing error occurs we will advise you accordingly and give you the option of purchasing the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. If for any reason we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
If your card issuer rejects payment for your ordered goods, they will not be dispatched to you. We reserve the right to decline any order and in all such cases a full refund of any payment made will be refunded directly to the Paypal account from which the payment was received.
We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible, however if the item is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way then we will notify you via email or telephone. If your goods are not in stock we will back order, where possible, for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
It is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are all for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Unique cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies. The information is provided to you ‘as is’ without express or implied warranty and Unique reserves the right to remove or edit content from our website and/or to modify or withdraw products at anytime without notice.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unlikely event you wish to return your goods, we offer a strict returns policy which lasts 14 days from date of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note your goods will be returned to you.
In the unlikely event you wish to return your Sale goods, we offer a strict returns policy which lasts 7 days from date of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note your goods will be returned to you.
For hygenie reasons Unique is unable to accept the return of any jewellery items purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant which could transfer marks or leave a scent on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return your product with a covering note stating your reason for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure the goods are securely and safely packaged so that the goods are not damaged in transit.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed (minus delivery charges), and a refund will automatically be applied to your Paypal account within a certain amount of days. We aim to have this processed within 14 days, however we will do our utmost to process this as quickly as possible.
TIME LIMITATION FOR NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS
Damage in transit: If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days of delivery.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
Any claims regarding errors in dispatch or invoicing of any Product must be submitted to the Company within seven days of receipt of the advice note or invoice. The Company may refuse to recognise a claim not made within that period.
We accept payment by Paypal and all major debit and credit cards through our online payment service provider Paypal
You can choose from a variety of gift voucher amounts which can be redeemed on our website or in store. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within six months of dispatch and will expire after that date. When redeeming a Gift Voucher please enter it’s unique code at the checkout.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (GENERAL)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. All goods sold via the website are sold in conformity with the contract stated above.
